Terms & Conditions
Minimum Order: $250.00 initial order and $150.00 on re-order. (For larger quantities or multiples stores, please contact us for information. email or phone: 1-830-868-5500). We only wholesale our Whittington's Jerky - not all the products listed on our Web site.
Payment: All order must be paid at time of delivery.
Shipping Policy: Orders will be shipped UPS or common carrier.
DSD Route: We deliver to your store if you fall within a 75 mile radius of Johnson City, Texas. No extra charges are incurred. We provide your display stand and make sure you have the freshest jerky every three weeks. If you are not within this delivery area, and have a distributor that you receive goods from, request them to deliver the jerky.
Shipping Claims: All freight claims must be filed directly with the freight company. We will assist you as necessary on your claims.
Return Policy: Any product you wish to return for credit or replacement must first be approved. Jerky packages that have lost vacuum during shipping should be reported within 10 days or no credit will be issued.
Lead Times: 10 to 15 business days plus shipping time. Large orders and orders placed during holiday seasons may require longer lead times.
Private Labeling: All of our jerky recipes can be private labeled in either the 2 oz. or 4 oz. size. Any other size would require a minimum order. All artwork must be provided by dealer and specifications met according to USDA standards. If you would like Whittington's Jerky to provide labels there would be a minimum order of 5000 per label. If you would like to purchase your own labels and provide them to us, there is only the basic ordering minimum.
Displays: Our custom designed displays provide a unique way to present our product. Each display is designed for each customer and their needs. Display racks can be made either in rustic wood or rustic metal fashion. Cost varies according to the stand, but can range from $50 to $300 per unit. This cost would be paid by dealer/distributor.
Web site Listing: As and added benefit of being a Whittington's Jerky Wholesaler or Distributor, we will add your store to the Store Listings on our Web site.
